STILLNESS    SPIRITUALITY    INNER PEACE

We practice a body-oriented yoga with a heartfelt orientation.

In this practice, we learn to build up a positive inner attitude for everyday life and, on the other hand, to learn a healthy physical alignment in sitting, standing and walking as well as in the lifting and carrying of things in order to be harmoniously and joyfully present in our entirety.

GRATITUDE    WARMTH    CONSCIOUSNESS

Beginners can start at any time, depending on personal and physical possibilities, in the gentle yoga class on Monday or in the beginner’s course on Thursday (but it is recommended to be part of it from the beginning)!! For experienced students we also recommend a couple of hours in the soft course or beginner courses to understand the 10 alignment principles for an optimal length of the double S curve in the spine!

JOY    LIGHTNESS    SATISFACTION

According to the motto – YOU are your own master – let us lead the hours with the really not so easy indication that YOU should listen very carefully to YOU ​​and to your body. How you feel in the different exercises and what is good for you and your body! It is never about achievement or bending the body in a certain shape, but it is about the positive influence of yoga for your life.

Self-perception and self-knowledge are the conscious mountains that we climb to consider ourselves and our surroundings in order to practice AHIMSA – Nonviolence.
